How do I track my order?

You will receive an E mail when your order has been shipped. This E-mail will include confirmation of purchase, shipping information, and the tracking number you will need to track your order.

How do I cancel my order?

Upon request, every attempt will be made to cancel your order. Unfortunately, if the order has been processed and the merchandise is in transit the order cannot be cancelled.

Who do I contact with questions on product usage or project help?

To answer your questions and best serve your needs, we will try to assist you with any project or product question you may have.

Shipping Policy

HaVACo ships via UPS, Fed Ex or US Postal Service which you will select at checkout. Customer will receive an email confirmation of order.

All items deemed as stock by the manufacturer will be shipped within 3 working days. If shipment of any item is estimated to be longer than 5 working days, customer will be notified of that estimated ship date.

Customer will receive email notification of shipment with order tracking information.Any damage claims must be submitted to HaVACo within 3 days of receipt of order. All claims must be submitted as per the Warranty Claim procedure.

Warranty Policy

HaVACo supports the manufacturers’ original product warranty, terms and conditions.

If product is deemed to be defective under the manufacturers’ warranty, product will be replaced.

Order Cancellation Policy

HaVACo will cancel any order PRIOR to shipment at no charge. Submit any cancellation by E-mail to, include First Name, Last name, E-mail address, Order Confirmation Number, and Product Description. You will need to supply contact information in the event we have questions regarding your cancellation.

Product Return Policy

All requests to return product must be submitted with reason for such return. All returns will be subject to a 25% restock charge and customer will be responsible for return freight charges. Credit card account will be credited for the item's original returned billed cost less 25%. Credit will be issued when HaVACo is notified by manufacturer of receipt of returned product. No products can be returned after 10 days of receipt of product by customer.

If a product item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing supplied by the manufacturer, HaVACo has the option to refuse or cancel any order for that product item.
